“I recently bought a house and in 5 days had heard noises coming from the heat pump. It was raining hard out and was very cold. I was very worried and went online at night. Luckily I found Vailes’ service. Misti had already emailed me in the morning for help before I woke up. I called immediately to get help … they dispatched Will, a total Professional. I am retired and been in union construction trades 25 years, I can spot a newbie from a pro in minutes. Will found a small electrical problem and fixed it immediately after explaining to me in detail what was wrong. Will thoroughly checked out every inch of the heat pump and went into my attic to check the evaporator. I was very happy that I called Vailes and will recommend them to everyone I meet.
